Samer A. Marchi is a Founding Member of Marshi & Partners and currently holds the position of Director, where he focuses on providing innovative solutions to clients and management to help them achieve funding goals and capital structure optimization. Samer has a proven track record in deal execution and financial structuring and has extensive experience across capital markets, investment banking, and investment advisory. Previously, Samer was a Cross Asset Solutions manager at Banque de Crédit National SAL. Samer led a team to submit a qualified bid for an Electronic Trading Platform (ETP) to the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Lebanon, under the management of Capital EE SAL. Samer began his career at MedSecurities Investment SAL, where he focused on fixed-income capital markets. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) certification in 2018, and has a BBA Degree from the American University of Beirut (AUB), with an emphasis in Finance.
